As of the 1st of April 2012 and following the introduction of the Property Factors Act 2011, factoring service duties have been passed on to our subsidiary, Levern Property Services Limited (LPS). LPS use the same staff and work out of the same offices and will maintain the factoring of over 250 flats and houses in the Barrhead, Neilston and Thornliebank areas.
LPS will continue to provide a wide range of factoring services for these owners; which include:
• Instructing repair and maintenance to common parts
• Arranging common utility services
• Arranging block insurance
• Provision and maintenance of information signs and notices
• Invoicing of common charges
• Liaison with owners and interested parties
• Administration of any change of ownership
• Providing information and advice
• Facilitating close meetings
• Periodic property inspections
• Maintaining an approved contractors list
• Receiving and paying tradesman accounts
• Debt recovery and redistribution
JOIN OUR OWNERS FORUM – we hold at least two meetings per year and all owners are invited to the meetings. These are used to develop our services, consider our charges and review our planned works for the future.

Commercial Factoring – we also now offer factoring services for commerical properties including the Auchenback Resource Centre. Such services can be completely tailored to individual needs and including all property repairs, planned and cyclical repairs for internal and external services. Private Letting Initiative – we are now working on this service for local landlords offering an all round housing and maintenance service for the private sector.

Resident satisfaction survey results – thanks to our owners for responding to our latest survey December 2013 – full details are available here . Overall, 88.5% of factored owners were satisfied with the factoring services provided, with 71.2% indicating that the service represented value for money.
