Barrhead Housing Association has three Customer Service officers who are responsible for day to day management of our stock and have responsibility to ensure you live in a safe environment and to assist with tenancy related matters.
Examples of some of the work we undertake include:
• arrears management and collecting rents • carrying out regular estate management checks
• repairs management • letting empty properties
• tackling anti-social behaviour, including working in partnership with Community Safety and Police Scotland.
As part of a re-organisation within the team, all Customer Services Officers are changing their patches from 31st July 2017.
