The Association's Housing Management team aims to provide a comprehensive service to all of our tenants and owner occupiers, covering areas including allocation of houses, rents, estate management, welfare rights information and tenancy advice.
Sheltered Housing: Our Sheltered Housing Complex was inspected in July 2011 by Social Work & Social Care Improvement in Scotland (formerly the Care Commission). The Inspection Report confirmed that we provide a very good level of support to our Sheltered Housing residents.
The Association operates an Open Door policy which means that you will always be seen by a member of the Housing Management Staff who will be happy to deal with your enquiry.
