The Association currently acts as factor to over 200 flats and houses in the Barrhead, Neilston and Thornliebank areas. The Association provides a wide range of factoring services for owners.

The services we offer include:
• Day-to-day and routine repair services
• Annual maintenance checks, including planned building maintenance works
• Cycle maintenance works (i.e. close decoration, door and window painting)
• Arrangement of service contracts for common ground maintenance, stair
and close window cleaning
• Building insurance cover
• Gas servicing
• Gutter cleaning
• Information and advice

Management Fee
In order to cover the Association's staff time involved in providing this service, a management fee will apply. This is reviewed annually.

Billing / Payment
Invoices are issued quarterly and will include: management fee, any service charges and your share of common repairs, the Association accepts various methods of payment, see Section 6 Payment Information.
