are a variety of ways in which you can pay your rent and
rent arrears, tenant recharges and factoring accounts:
Credit
Cards Payments : If
you are paying by credit card, we have to advise you that
payments of less than £500 are subject to a charge
ranging between 2.1%-2.85%. You will be asked to complete
a payment agreement form prior to making your payment.
•
Direct Debit: weekly, fortnightly or monthly
payments can be set up on any date of the month that is
suitable to your budget.
• Standing Order: please contact
your bank to set up a standing order quoting Bank of Scotland,
Account No: 000151830, Sort Code 80-05-54, if you are a
sharing owner then use Account No: 000151857, Sort code
80-05-54 quoting your rent reference number, if you are
unsure of this number please contact the Housing
Management Team on 0141 881 0638.
• Rent Card: making payments with
this card is easy and free, and can be used at the following
outlets:
Post Office: you can pay by cash, debit card or cheque at
any Post office, please make cheques payable to “Post
Office Ltd”
Paypoint: you can pay by cash at any shop displaying the
Paypoint sign.
Payzone: you may pay by cash or debit card at any shop displaying
the payzone sign.
• E-pay: you may pay by cash only
at all participating e-pay outlets.
Internet : payments can be made over the internet if you
have a debit/credit card by going to www.allpay.net website
and following the on screen instructions. After office hours
you can telephone Allpay quoting your rent card no on 08707700472.
• Office: payments can be made at
the office using debit, credit card or cheque.
• Telephone: payments can be made
during office hours by telephoning Barrhead Housing Association's
office on 881 0638 with your debit/credit card.
