| Our section aims to maintain
the properties it lets to a high standard. To do this we
have three types of maintenance work.
Firstly, there are reactive repairs. These are repairs that
cannot be planned for. For example: repairing the central
heating when it breaks down.
Secondly, we carry out cyclical maintenance. This type of
work involves the systematic servicing and maintenance of
your home things, like the annual gas service or the communal
landscaping.
Homes don’t last forever and it is also important
for us to invest in the properties by replacing larger items
on a planned basis, this is called our Planned Maintenance
Programme. We replace windows and central heating systems
on a regular basis.
